Reaction principle: The system’s oxidant uses the O3, which is produced from the container type of ozone generator. In the environment of hydroxide ions, the ozone leads to chain reaction, and generates higher oxidative hydroxyl radicals, so that transfer the NO into NO2 or N2O5 and other high-valent nitrogen oxides, and then absorbed by the magnesium oxide slurry to complete the denitrification process. The system avoids the decomposition or loss of activity of ozone before oxidizing the flue gas, reduces the consumption of ozone. At the same time, the oxidation reaction and the absorption reaction are carried out simultaneously, the reaction process is complete so as to improve the denitrification efficiency.
